Our flagship product and one of the rarest expressions of natural salt on the planet. Indigo Salt is created around a simple principle: exceptional flavour with the highest possible richness of potassium and trace minerals, without allowing the minerals to overpower the taste.

Hand-selected from only a few scarce salt sources around the world, formed more than 100 million years ago, each batch is shaped by our Swedish innovation in how we identify, examine and blend exceptional natural salts.

The result is a beautifully balanced everyday salt that tastes just like regular salt, with a distinctive mineral character and the unmistakable indigo traces that define our signature.
